- Divorce: Should It Be Given or Not? There has been much debate on whether divorce should be legalized here in the Philippines. The religious sector strongly opposes it because of the belief that it would destroy the family. But would it really destroy the family? (Page 15)
- Philippine Jail Conditions: A Violation of Human Rights According to the Commission on Audit, the country’s jails are already overpopulated by 511 percent as the number of inmates ballooned to 126,946 by the end of 2016. It has already exceeded the ideal total jail capacity, which remains at 20,653 inmates. (Page 19)
- ADR: A Catalyst of Change? While it is true that the primary function of Alternative Dispute Resolution is to achieve speedy and impartial justice and declog court dockets, these ends sought to be achieved do not come easy without paying a price.
