Where do all these proposals to rectify national and global justice lead us? They lead us to the true notion of solidarity, which is appreciated in the parlance of what is legally controlling and commendable. Genuine solidarity is *”unity of independent, spiritual, and individual single persons ‘in’ an independent, spiritual, and individual collective person.”*¹ In genuine solidarity, every finite person is at the same time a member of a global person seeking for justice. In genuine solidarity, everyone is responsible for oneself through legal measure and moral demands. What makes it possible is the mutual reprocity and reciprocal valueness of all moral and social acts through justifiable enforcement. Needless to say, solidarity presupposes justice and genuine solidarity in the societal realm assumes a human face.
