Submission Overview
The Paulinian Law Journal welcomes original manuscripts from lawyers, judges, law professors, law students, researchers, and scholars whose work contributes to legal knowledge and public understanding of law and justice.
III. General Submission Policy
The Paulinian Law Journal welcomes original manuscripts from lawyers, judges, law professors, law students, researchers, government officials, professionals, advocates, and scholars whose work contributes to legal knowledge or public understanding of law and justice.
The Journal may receive manuscripts through:
- an open call for papers;
- a thematic or special-issue call;
- rolling submissions;
- an institutional research initiative; or
- an invitation issued by the Editorial Board.

An acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute acceptance, endorsement, or a representation that the manuscript has passed editorial or peer review.
โ ๏ธ Important: The Journal ordinarily considers only original and unpublished manuscripts. A work under active consideration by another journal, law review, publisher, competition, or substantially similar publication venue should not be simultaneously submitted unless the author has made a complete disclosure and the Editorial Board has expressly permitted the submission.
IV. Required Submission Documents
Each submission should include the following:
1Blinded Manuscript
The principal manuscript must not contain the author's name, institutional affiliation, acknowledgments, biography, email address, or other information that may reasonably reveal the author's identity. Self-citations should be written in a manner that does not disclose authorship during anonymous review.
2Separate Author Information Page
Must contain:
3Cover Letter
The cover letter must identify the submission category, summarize the manuscript's principal argument and contribution, and certify that the work is original, accurate, and compliant with Journal policies.
4Originality and Publication Declaration
The author must declare that the manuscript:
5Artificial Intelligence Disclosure
Authors must disclose any reportable use of artificial intelligence or AI-assisted technologies in accordance with the Journal's AI Policy.
6Research Ethics Documentation
Manuscripts involving interviews, surveys, human participants, minors, vulnerable communities, confidential records, or sensitive personal data must include information on ethical approval, informed consent, data protection, anonymization, or the legal basis for the research.
7Permissions
Authors must submit written permission for copyrighted tables, photographs, figures, extensive quotations, unpublished materials, or other content that the author does not own and that cannot lawfully be used without permission.
V. Submission Categories and Maximum Lengths

VI. General Format
Unless otherwise directed by the Editorial Board, authors must observe the following specifications:
