The Saint Paul School of Professional Studies Law Journal contains articles and contributions of interest to law students and law practitioners; however, the views expressed by the contributors do not necessarily reflect the views of either the Saint Paul School of Professional Studies – School of Law or the Saint Paul School of Professional Studies Law Journal Editorial Board and Staff.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to edit articles submitted for publication. The Saint Paul School of Professional Studies Law Journal may be cited as “Paulinian L.J.”
